Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- This submission has not been previously published (e.g., on a preprint server/ repository) and is not currently under consideration by another journal.
- I declare that all funding details related to this research, including grants, sponsorships, and financial support from any source, will be emailed directly to journal@dbs.ie at the time of submission.
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- Images submitted should a pixel per inch range of 200-600.
- Files should contain no transparencies.
- Submission will not be considered unless biographical or profile information is added to comments section for the editor in the submission form.
- If you are submitting a revised manuscript, please include a detailed response which outlines how and where you have revised the manuscript to address the issues raised in the review.
